- 100毫升食油(100 ml minyak goreng)

- 60克红葱头(60 gram bawang merah)
- 50克白蒜(50 gram bawang putih)
- 250克大红辣椒(250 gram cabai merah besar)

- 2克丁香(2 gram cengkeh)

做法步骤
- 把所有调味料放入搅拌器打成泥状。
- 倒入少许油在平底锅里,油溅热后,放入调味料炒香。
- 放入柠檬草茎,柠檬叶,Kandis罗望子和盐,搅拌均匀。
- 倒入浓椰浆和稀椰浆,煮沸,放入牛肉。
- 用小火煮几个小时,直到牛肉变嫩,颜色变棕色。
小贴士:
- 不要使用大火,须使用小火煮几个小时。
- 制作干仁当煮5-6个小时
- 制作湿仁当煮约4个小时。
