2013年6月5日，旬邑县旬邑县豳风庭韵小区工地彩旗飘扬，倍受旬邑县政府及西部投资集团公司关注的豳风庭韵项目一期1#2#7#11#四栋住宅楼主体结构胜利封顶，封顶仪式在施工现场隆重举行。西部投资集团副总经理李宝龙代表集团董事长邢雅江出席此次仪式。旬邑县副县长李晓军、旬邑县住建局局长曹迎春、旬邑县住建局副局长吕平玉、旬邑县直属机关领导以及各乡镇党政领导受邀参加。

豳风亭韵是旬邑县住宅保障房项目，由西部集团投资兴建，总投资9.6亿。项目总占地面积约325亩（约50万平方米）。分二期开发，项目建设内容包括住宅建筑、商业建筑、公共配套建筑（医院、幼儿园、社区服务中心、会所）及地下停车场，建成后的豳风庭韵小区可满足3300户用户的置业需求。
一期规划工程占地面积为225亩。总建筑面积约40万平方米。有2万多平方绿化广场。6千平方米中心湖和6万平方米的商业配套。绿化率高达43%以上，容积率为3.2%，共29栋楼。
该项目在集团公司与旬邑县政府领导的关心和支持下，力求做到工程质量精品，进度计划节点跟进。该工程于2012年4月29日正式开工建设，封顶日期比计划日期提前了 2月之多。工程结构封顶的顺利、保质、提前完成是各参建单位通力配合的结果，也是项目上下全体人员努力奋斗的成果。
